As with any specialty item, once accepted, there are no refunds due to the unique nature of the items made.  For items supplied by the customer that require printing, embroidery, or other embellishments, no liability for finished product is offered.  We strive to do our best on customer supplied items, but we have no control over their quality compared to items we know the quality of.
